This is our most refined Sauvignon Blanc to date. On the nose, aromas of white peach, honeysuckle, white blossoms, river stone, and baking pie crust abound and fill the senses. These notes carry over to the palate accompanied by sweet pastry butter, citrus, and hints of minerals. This wine has a polished, full entry, with a silky, crisp, clean finish.
While easily paired with oysters, raw or Rockefeller, the fragrant sweetness of this wine would be a perfect accompaniment to sweet corn soup with fresh herbs, sauteed shrimp with lemon ricotta raviolis, or a mixed green salad with boquerones.
